Mix brownie mix according to directions. Grease 9 x 13 pan and pour 1/2 of brownie mixture in pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture. Top with remaining brownie mixture. Bake 325 for 1 hour. If getting too done cover with foil and bake until done. Top with chocolate frosting and nuts. Keep refrigerated and cut into squares.

2 lg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
mix with mixer until fluffy.
