Creamy, savory chicken in the crock pot.
1. Put chicken breasts into slow cooker. Spoon cream cheese over chicken.
2. Add onion and bell pepper. Pour apple juice over all.
3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
4. When ready to serve, remove with slotted spoon and place on a bed of pasta (spaghetti or angel hair pasta).
Serve with crumbled bacon
