Preheat oven to 350(F) and spray a 9" x 13" pan with nonstick spray.
Press 1 can of rolls onto the bottom of the pan. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar (1 cup) and vanilla until smooth. Spread this mixture over the rolls in the pan. Lay the second can of rolls over the top -- DO NOT PRESS DOWN. Pour melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cut into 24 squares.
Would be great served warm with some warm cherry pie or blueberry filling!
