An easy crock pot recipe that's sure to please!
Put chicken, 2 tablespoons of butter and packet of Italian dressing mix in crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Saute onion in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. After the chicken has cooked for 3-4 hours, add the onion with butter, chicken broth, cream cheese, mushrooms and cream of chicken soup to the pot. Cook on low for another hour. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
Other veggies could be very easily added/substituted. There is really no way to get this one wrong!
