Suggest a better descriptionPress 1 package of croissant rolls into an ungreased 9×13 pan. Beat sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread over rolls. Lay other package over cream cheese mixture. Beat egg white until frothy and spread on top. Sprinkle with almonds and sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
