Preheat oven to 350*
Beat cream cheese and sugar In Mixing bowl until light. Add lemon juice, vanilla and egg yolk- mix until fluffy.
Unroll dough. Place 1 can dough in 9x13 baking pan, pressing perforations to seal.
Spread with cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining roll dough, pressing perforations to seal.
Brush with mixture if egg white and water.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
(Can also be made in 2 pans with 4 cans total of crescent rolls. Do NOT double cream cheese filling.)
