Beat cheese and cream until smooth.
Gradually beat in sugar, then blend in chocolate.
Stir in vanilla, rum, salt and 1 cup nuts.
Press into lightly buttered square pan and cover with remaining nuts. Chill about 15 minutes. Cut.
