Mash all ingredients together until desired flavoring and coloring are correct. Kneed with hands until like pie dough.
Roll in balls the size of marbles or size that best fills the mold cavity. Roll in granulated sugar. Press in mold and unfold at once. Place on waxed paper to dry for a short time, then turn mints over to dry (to the touch) on the bottom as well.
They freeze well.
