Suggest a better descriptionIf using dried beef, rinse and drain well. In a large skillet or saucepan, melt margarine or butter over medium heat. Cook beef about 3 minutes or until the edges curl. Stir in flour and pepper and cook for about a minute. Add milk and worchestershire sauce. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Decrease heat and cook for another minute. Spoon over toast.
