Creamy, cheesy broccoli soup.
Cook broccoli in chicken broth till soft. Mash with potato masher. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to broccoli mixture and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Can add any cheese. Recommendation is 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (any type) plus 3 slices of white american cheese.
