Cube chicken and pepper.
Cook cubed chicken,
Schread and set aside.

Make Soup
Using the chopper, finely chop the onions and celery.
Melt butter in large heavy saucepan.
Add the onions and celery to pan and saute until soft.
Add Bullion and garlic and wisk
Slowly wisk in flour
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Wisk in chicken broth.
Using cooking string tie bay leaf anf thyme sprig, add to pot
Slowly add milk while constantly wisking.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir in chicken, cream and remaining seasonings (Nutmeg, Cayanne peppr and Parsley).
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Cook over low heat 25 minutes.
Remove bay leaf and thyme sprig.
Serve!
