Boil water, shortening, and salt. Add flour and mix well. Cool a little and continue to stir while adding 4 eggs, one time. I use a handheld mixer. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and then 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Can fill with pudding, chicken salad, etc. Unfilled puffs freeze well.
