2. Grease bottom and sides of a 11 X 7 inch baking dish
3.Chop the onion
4. Heat Butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium high heat until melted
5. Stir in onion , saute until tender
6.In a medium bowl combine Onion chicken soup, sour cream, milk and pimento and mix well
7. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish Bake for 15 minutes and remove from oven
8. Sprinkle baked layer with 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese
9. Arrange biscuits in a single later over top.
10. Sprinkle remaining cheese
11. Bake until Biscuits are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly, about 20 minuted longer.
Serve immediately
