Suggest a better descriptionMake heavy cream sauce 3 Tbs butter, 3 Tbs flour 1 cup milk.
Blend the butter and flour for 3-5 minutes stir in slowly milk
Add small onion studded with two or three whole cloves and 1/2 small bay leaf
Cook and stir until thickened.
Place in 350 oven for 20 minutes
Add mushrooms
Season with salt and paprika, add wine and oinch of herbs.
Pour into center of wild rice ring
