Suggest a better descriptionIn a medium saute pan over med high heat, melt butter and then add the olive oil. Mix in the onions and garlic, cook 3 min until soft, add spinach and warm through. Add salt, nutmeg and the cream, mix well. Cook until liquid reduces by half, roughly 3-4 min.
