This is our favorite Thanksgiving turkey left-over dish. So easy and will feed a crowd!
CREAMED TURKEY:
Combine chicken broth, cream of celery soup, gravy, milk and seasonings in large stock pot. Cook and stir until smooth and bubbly. Add left-over turkey and simmer for 20-30 minutes until turkey is heated through. Serve over biscuits.
BISCUIT PREP:
Put Bisquick, sugar and salt in a medium bowl and mix well. Add to biscuits almost 3/4 cup of milk. Mix well. Turn out onto floured surface and pat down. Lightly dust the top with flour. Cut in strips length wise and then cut in opposite direction.
Put close together on ungreased cookie sheet and bake approx. 10 minutes.
For an even quicker meal.... use Mary B's Buttermilk biscuits. They are really good and save time!
