Suggest a better descriptionI found a recipe in my Fitness Magazine for a shake, when I drank it, I said to myself, WOW, this tastes just like a creamsicle!!!!! Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Can also add ice cubes and blend them in to make it a little thicker, but its pretty thick as is.
