Prep:
Cook pasta and set aside
Dice peppers and gather seasonings
Cook:
Season shrimp with oregano, salt, pepper, creole seasoning. Heat pan to medium-high with olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside
Slice andouille sausage thin and cook in pan after shrimp. Set with shrimp.
Cook peppers with brown sugar, salt and pepper, creole seasoning. Cook in garlic and onion.
Mix in crushed tomato, heavy cream, and chicken stock. Let simmer to boil, add parmesan cheese and lower heat. Cook to desired level
Add in pasta, meat, enjoy!
