Cook pasta in a large saucepan as directed on the package. Add broccoli for the last 3 minutes.
In the meantime, heat a large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook approximately 3 minutes (cook until no longer pink). Reduce heat to low and add the Neufchatel cheese. Cook until melted. Stir in half the Mozzarella cheese.
Drain the pasta and broccoli and add to the chicken mixture and mix lightly.
Spoon into an 8 inch baking dish.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted (approximately 3 minutes)
Let stand 5 minutes.
