Suggest a better descriptionIn a large pot over medium, combine broth, water and chicken. Bring to boiling, then stir in rice, reserve seasoning packet. Cover and remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper and flour. In medium sauce pan over medium melt butter. Stir in contents of seasoning packet until next Ute is bubbly. Reduce your low, then stir in flour mixture by tablespoons to form a roux. Whisk in cream until incorporated and smooth.
Stir cream mixture into broth and rice. Cook over medium 10-15 minutes
