1. Spray cooker with cooking spray or a thin coat of butter.
2. Brown chicken in 1 teaspoon butter in saucepan. Place chicken in prepared cooker.
3. Saute onion to caramelized. Cover chicken with carrots, celery, and onion.
4. Mix Cream of Chicken Soup with herbs & pepper, Chicken Bouillon, and cover the vegetables on top.
5. Dot top with butter.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 4 - 1 1/4 cup servings
