Suggest a better descriptionPlace rice, water, boullion, bay leaves, and water in pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer for 45 minutes until rice is cooked (black rice will burst).

After rice is ready, add corn and seasonings. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
