Stir milk into soup in one bowl.
In another bowl; Mix cream cheese, chicken, and cheddar. Spoon into each crescent, fold & pinch closed.
Pour 1/2 soup in pan. Place crescent rolls seam side down in one layer. Cover with remaining soup. Bake 35 minutes or until brown.
