Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chopped chicken in 9x13 casserole dish.
Top with chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, garlic and pepper. Do not stir.
In a separate bowl mix together melted butter and milk. Gradually whisk in flour until smooth.
Pour over the chicken in casserole dish. Do not stir together. The crust will rise to top during baking.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until set in middle with the crust a golden brown.
Serve with creamy garlic mashed potatoes.
