Cook pasta following directions and drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large deep frypan and add the onion and bacon. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until golden.
Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minutes, stirring.
Whisk together the eggs, yolks, cream and parmesan in a jug. Reduce heat to low and add the pasta to the bacon mixture.
Toss well to combine and then add the egg mixture to the pan. Cook, tossing, over low heat or 1 minute or until the pasta is covered and sauce has thickened.
Add half the parsley and toss, sprinkle the with parmesan and rest of parsley and serve.
