Creamy garlic sauce and chicken
For the chicken
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
300 g chicken breasts cut into small pieces
shake of white pepper
shake of salt and black pepper
For the sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons white flour
2 tablespoons Parmesan
Dash of salt and pepper
half a cup of weak chicken broth
1 cup 3% milk
Cut chicken into small pieces, and marinate in garlic olive oil white pepper and black pepper
Heat frying pan over medium heat and cook chicken until brown
Set aside and leave the pan dirty with chicken grease
Use the same pan to heat 2 tablespoons of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of butter for one minute next in 2 tablespoons of flour
then add the chicken broth and milk heat over medium constantly stirring untilsauce thickens
cut the heat and add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, and a dash of salt and a dash of pepper
