2. Saute garlic for 1 minute.
3. Add wine and cook until reduced by 1/2.
4. Lower heat and add cream.
5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
6. Return shrimp to mixture and reheat.
7. Serve with favorite pasta and parsley garnish.
