Chicken - Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Place in ziploc and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill in pan.
Pasta - Cook pasta according to directions; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain. In same sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in garlic and lemon juice. Pour in cream and whisk until hot. Add salt and pepper, parmesan, basil and capers and heat until cheese is melted. Add more pasta water if needed for consistency.
Serve chicken over pasta.
