Rich tasty reduction sauce, great on chicken.
Pour into large bottom pan (eg frying pan or skillet) the white wine and cream. (Tastiest if you use the pan you fried chicken in, leave the juices in the pan.) Add vegeta, mustard and honey. Whisk together and simmer on a low heat for approx. 25 min or until sauce has reduced by half and thickened slightly.
