Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350. In small skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp..remove drain on paper towel..discard drippings,reserving 1 Tbsp.
2. In large bowl mix cream cheese,cheddar cheese,sour cream, milk, peppers,vinegar, cooked bacon and reserved grease. Transfer to a greased 8"square pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs,dot with butter.
3. Bake 30-35 minutes
