Good dressing for a chopped salad with a lot of ingredients
Step 1: Place yolks, mustard, and water into a container
Step 2: Add salt and pepper into container and mix with burr mixer on low
Step 3: Add lemon juice to container
Step 4: With burr mixer on high, slowly pour oil into the mix. Dressing should be creamy and emulsified.
