Creamy Lemon Squares are so easy and delicious

Preheat oven to 170C
Butter an 8 inch square baking pan, line bottom with parchment paper leaving overhand on 2 sides
Make Crust: Cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix until combined. Press dough into pa and prick with a fork. Bake until lightly golden 15 - 20 mins
Make filling: In a large bowl whist together yolks, condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over hot crust in pan and return to oven.
Bake until filling is set about 25 minutes.
Refridgerate until filling is firm, about 2 hours or up to 3 days.
When cool, lift out using the paper overhangs and cut into 16 squares. Dust with confectioners sugar.
