Very tasty creamy mushroom sauce that can be put on top of pasta or basmati rice.
Melt butter in a deep frying pan, set fire to low and add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes then add the curry powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir. Then add the heavy cream and the flour. Stir gently until creamy.
