Cook the noodles according to directions. In the meantime, mix the spaghetti sauce, sour cream, chopped spinach, parmesan and olives in a 9*12 cake pan. Drain the noodles when cooked, add the mixture, mix to coat noodles. Sprinkle cheese on the top, bake at 350 for 20 mins to heat through.
