Homemade White Sauce
Vegetable preparation
1. Add 2 tablespoon of butter in pan
2. As butter heats up add crushed garlic
3. Add cut vegetables in pan.
4. Add salt pepper and pizza seasoning according to taste.
5.Saute Vegetables
Sauce Preparation
1. Add 2 tablespoon of butter in pan
2. Add 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour
3. Mix them well and stir and cook for 1 min
4. Add normal or cold milk in pan and keep mixing .
5. Let is cook while stiring.
6. Add salt to taste, black pepper and pasta sauce according to taste
7. Mix saute vegetables in sauce and mix it well.
8. Let it cook for sometime
9. If cream get thicken you can add some milk to make it loose.
