Process dates, pecans and oat flour until even consistency and pat down into tray. Heat condensed coconut milk and add peanut butter, mix until melted. Spoon on top of crust and place in fridge while you prepare the top layer. Smash blueberries in a pan, add agave nectar, bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or until reached desired consistency. Take out tray and spoon jam onto other layers and place in the freezer. When set remove from freezer and allow to sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
* Homemade Condensed Coconut Milk - bring one can full fat coconut milk to a boil, add 2 tablespoons agave nectar and simmer for 45 minutes until liquid is evaporated.
