This recipe is a quick easy meal perfect when you have leftover cooked pasta around. You can also add peas or mixed veg to the recipe.
1. Fry Bacon in it's own fat in a skillet
2. Once Bacon is cooked fry corn briefly to coat in bacon fat- with Bacon still in pan to keep hot (and just a little crispy)
3. Add Sour Cream to the corn/bacon mixture and bring the sour cream to boil, melting it down so it is creamy
4. Add Pasta to the pot and heat through the pasta.
