Homemade pudding...YUM
Microwave milk on med-hi for 2 1/2min in 4L cup. Mix cornstarch, sugar, and 1/4 cup of cold milk...whisk into warm milk. Microwave med-hi for 4-5 min until thick and glossing (stir a couple times during cooking). Mix some thickened milk in eggs to warm them (prevents curdling) then stir warmed eggs into milk and cook med 1min or until boiling. Stir in vanilla and butter. Put into pie crust or dessert dishes. (Try adding brown sugar to make butterscotch or 3 tbsp of chocolate)
