bring broth and 2 cups water to boil
keep warm over low heat
in another sauce pan 1 tbsp melt butter, add onion and sitr
add rice for 1 minute, add a few ladles of broth. stir until liquid is absorbed about 2 minutes.
repeat with the rice until it is tender. about 15 minutes
stir in rest of butter, peas, cheese and grate half a lime
cook for 1 more minute
