pre heat oven to 375
In a greased 9 X 13 baking pan mix together, rice, water, soup,onion powder and some salt and pepper
Add chicken breast on top of rice
Place Swiss cheese slices on breasts
In a mixing bowl combine only 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, mayo, sour cream salt, pepper and garlic salt
When mixed spread this over breasts on top of Swiss cheese
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over the breasts
Bake for 1 hour covered 50 minutes and uncovered 10 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
