Dreena Burton's Recipe.
Blend cashew butter, soy milk, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt and some fresh cracked black pepper. Add in 2/3 of the spinach and the artichokes and blend until smooth. Add in the rest of the spinach and artichokes and pulse a couple of times. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice.
