MISE EN PLACE: Preheat oven (bottom element) to 175°C (350°F); Shred cheese
1) Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions; drain.
2) In a very large bowl, stir together soup, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, 1/2 of the french fried onions, and pepper. Stir in cooked vegetables.
3) Pour mixture into a 24x28-cm (9.5x11-inch) baking dish and bake (2nd from bottom) for 30 minutes.
4) Sprinkle a layer of the remaining cheese and remaining french fried onions. Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
