Suggest a better descriptionFor bottom layer: In sauce pan combine 1/2 cup butter and baking cocoa. Heat & stir until blended. Remove from heat and add egg, vanilla & half cup confectioners sugar. Stir in graham crackers and press into 13 x 9 pan.
For middle layer: Melt half cup butter. In bowl combine butter, creme de menthe. At low speed beat in 3 cups confectioners sugar until smooth. Spread over bottom layer and chill for 1 hour.
For top: Melt 1/4 cup butter and chocolate chips over low heat until melted. Spread over mint layer and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
