Using Cast Iron Pan melt the butter in pan. Add in your seasoned (Canjun Seasoning) chicken to pan. Cook until browned approx 3 minutes. Stir in andouille sausage. Cook another 3 minutes. Add in mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic and parsley. Cook until vegetables soften .
Add Chicken stock, rice, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
Then add shrimp and cook for 15 minutes until all liquid is out. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
