A spicy tartar sauce to add a bit of kick to your fish or seafood.
Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl, mix well, and taste for seasoning. Place in a covered container and refrigerate, overnight for best flavor, or until ready to use. Serve with fish or seafood.
Any unused portion can be refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
Makes about 2-1/4 cups or 8 servings.
Once n' awhile, to change it up a bit, I'll add a tbsp. of prepared horseradish and, if using sweet pickles, I'll sometimes add a tbsp. of capers that have been rinsed, drained, and chopped.
