Pour 2 tablespoon of batter into a buttered skillet and spread with a spoon. Once the underside is done, flip the crepe over and cook. Crepe Sauce: Combine ingredients in a warm skillet. Take cooked crepe and fold in triangle shape; dip in sauce for about 15 seconds and place in plate. OPTION: Pour some Grand Marnier over the crepe and light with match??serve flaming.
