Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter. Blend eggs and milk with salt and lemon peel. Add butter and mix. Wisk in flour (tiny lumps are OK). Spread thin over buttered pan (first one only) using rotating wrist and hand motion. Lighted browned on each side is perfect. You will need 2 pans and store in 250 deg oven for four or more people.
