Easy to make crepes
Whisk together eggs and flour.
Gradually add water and milk stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter and mix until smooth.
On medium heat oiled fry pan or griddle, pour 1/4 cup of the batter. Tilt pan in circular motion to spread out into thin crepe.
Cook each side for about 2 minutes until bottom is light brown.
Serve with favorite ingredients (e.g Whip cream, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, chocolate sauce)
