Lightly oil 8-inch pan, then wip out w/ towel till pan is just shiny. Heat over medium 2 minnutes, thenbout 2 tablespoons batter to coat pan. Turn.
Keep crepes covered with damp coth at room temp until ready to serve. Use within 2 hours.
