Mix all ingredients together. You'll need a consistency that's not really thick, but def not to watery (hard to explain) . Even if you're using a nonstick pan, you'll want to grease it every time you make a new crepe. Pour batter into pan and spread thinly by "swishing" pan around. Once you see crepe start to thicken, flip over. Each side probs shouldn't need more than 45 seconds.
